About the Work
Simply put, Susan views the practitioner’s task as assisting to restore wholeness – of mind, body and spirit – to the client, through interaction with spirit helpers and energies in multiple worlds during a directed shamanic dream or journey.
For a session, Susan first discusses the client’s concerns by phone to determine a specific agreed intent, to be done at an agreed time. The subsequent spiritually-based work can be done in person or remotely. Susan assists clients from Bali to Scotland. Session times vary, and the practitioner does not know what will be done during the work or how long it will take beforehand. The client need not be present during the session, but often palpable energetic benefits occur by them being still and focused on the work being done on their behalf if the work is at a distance.
During the shamanic session, Susan does whatever work is needed at that time. This could include divination, diagnostic work, past or future life information, ancestral bequests, extraction healing, soul retrieval, crystal energetic healing, disentanglement, power animal retrieval, suggested flower essence remedies, or energy work. It is inadvisable to do too many things at one time, and the spirits are not so foolish.
Notes are taken after the journey; if a remote session, a phone conference after the work conveys the information and assists integration. The results continue to accrue after the session as the work is integrated into the client’s subtle bodies and life changes occur.
A session fee includes the entire process, although phone chats, if lengthy beyond the norm, may require additional billing. If gemstone and/or flower essences are indicated, the client chooses to order these from accredited, unaffiliated, highly reputable purveyors worldwide such as Findhorn Flower Essences or Pegasus Products. A list of sources is provided and in some cases, specific essence-makers are recommended, for the location and type of flower they offer.
A series of sessions is often advisable, particularly in cases with lifelong or acute issues. All work in shamanic journeys, dreaming, and dreaming awake is authorized by permission of the client, is undertaken for the client’s concerns and not those of others, and is, of course, confidential.
Off site services are also available. These include group work, retreats and trainings, one-on-one intensive study or training including time in nature, house clearings and blessings, environmental clearing after trauma, community work, medicine wheel and other ceremonies, and primal life force transmissions. Please contact Susan to discuss scope, availability and fees.
