Happy New Year! Just wanted to report that, rereading my notes from our session in November, the words are feeling even more and more useful. I was struck all over again by how insightful and helpful and targeted the ideas and images were. I’m feeling very comforted by all of this as I think through how to guide myself through the first chunk of the new year.
And the going back to review was important. I’d remembered a lot but it still was helpful to actually go over it all again. Brought some of the themes back to the forefront of my mind. I think I got nudged to do it by my guiding lights.

I had put off my session with Susan Lynch for about five years, not because I doubted the authenticity of her gift, but because I thought that all of my homework had gotten me as far as I could to go in healing. I believed that we have to just come to terms with, and learn to live with the lasting effects of traumas.
So I did research. I confirmed that the traditions on every continent are consistent with Susan's methods, from the Ainu of Japan to Mongolia, from across Africa and throughout the Americas. But it is not work that just anybody can perform. The depth of her preparation and training is tremendous, but more that that, Susan is fiercely intelligent and compassionate.
I have the sense that she has more than a few lifetimes under her belt as she and her helpers are insightful in the deepest sense. I know I'm not done healing, and I'll seek her out again. In the mean time, though, I feel that I've had returned to me a part of myself that I'd lost as a child.
If you are in need of answers to traumas, if you seek insights, please know that there is meaningful help available. I only regret not having sought her out years ago.
